Homemade Rose Water

So my girlfriend doesn't really care for roses, but she like rose flavored things so I infused some roses into water, so I can make some rose flavored cookies.

Ingredients

• Water
• Fresh Roses (I used ½ a dozen roses)

Preparation

1. Pluck the rose petals and place them in a pot.  
2. Cover them in water till they are just covered.  
3. Boil them till the color drains out of the roses and become almost ghostly.  
4. Pour rose water into an airtight storage container.
5. You got rose water, enjoy.
